Media vs Sugar Mafia!

Current hot news on Pakistani press and media is temporary and intended shortage of sugar in Pakistan. Media’s stand was almost right against such unethical act. Media revealed many things about this Sugar Mafia. Painful news was that almost 32 sugar mills are owned by politicians sitting in government and opposition. Sheikh Waqas akram (MNA – PML) revealed in the talkshow of Express news that including president, many government officials are having ownerships of sugar mills. That is really shameful for our leaders who name them as ‘National leaders’. People are dying in the lines of sugar buyers. Government officials should realize the severe problem of sugar, they should atleast decrease their profits but unfortunately they are united with other sugar mill owners and investors. Media concluded that government has been failed on control over this sugar mafia. Trust me our government should not think that they are in the prayers of Pakistani nation.

Business eyes are looking for uninvited hopes!

Business community is missing previous government’s tenure. I have personally listened to businessmen talking about economy and recession in Pakistan’s economy, one of them quoted (About Mr. Musharraf) that “whatever and however he was, during his tenure we have businesses and people were comparatively happy and now businesses have been ended and people are jobless”. Pakistani nation thinks few things but can’t express those things! I say about our so called democratic system that “WE CHOOSE – WE CRY”
People don’t have courage to say that military dictators were comparatively more democratic and sincere with the Pakistan then civilian rulers. We have a history, our history has many examples! Our parents and forefathers have seen almost all military governed tenures and they believe that they were more relaxing for general public. This is all biased media who can’t tell ground realities! I always tell to unbounded free media of Pakistan that you are a production of a military ruler ‘Mr. Pervaiz musharraf’.

Package designing in services business!

According to my experience if you are offering services under different packages and a package contains more than one service. Example: In advertising business you make a package which includes Flyers, visiting cards, banners, brochures and a website. And you set the price as 4000$ for this package. A customer will definitely think about the figure of 4000$ then he will think about your offering that either he needs all these things or he can drop any one of them. All above mentioned products are separate identities and jobs. Try to offer all services in a package as a separate package. So the customer will be attracted because may be he only requires website or visiting card.

Kabhi to GEO - Its enough

I never clearly blogged about famous indian 'mumbai drama of 26/11. Where your government is unable to defend its faithfulness and you have a free press and media like Pakistani media, then you definitely feel embarrassment! One of the idiotic example of Pakistani media's irresponsibly and anti-state activity is openly came to people of Pakistan which told Kassab (last living indian terrorist at Taj hotel) is Pakistani and belongs to Farid kot area. Have a look on this video:

Is it acceptable? Pakistanis are dying, begging and proving that we are peaceful people. Then, a channel comes from us and spit on us! Yes, biggest irresponsible private Pakistani TV channel ‘GEO’ Whose job is totally opposite to its name!
Another Pakistani news channel ‘Wakt TV’ initiated and revealed the evil spirits and negativity of GEO by reporting on kassab. Wakt TV researched and proved that kassab is not Pakistani and GEO made totally fake report! Watch this:

Pakistan has approximately 80 sugar mills. Most of them owned by investors and politicians. Level of hypocrisy is that before ramzan, they have started stocking sugar and its price from Rs 38 per kg jumped to Rs 54. It always looks bad when you switch a Pakistani news channels but worst when such crises is on its peak and a minister is briefing press that due to increase in international prices of sugar, sugar prices are increasing in the Pakistan.

(17 august- Mubashar Luqman in Point black program of EXPRESS NEWS revealed the names of ministers and politicians who own sugar mill). Media tried to reveal that how people are suffering from this government. I say to people about government that “YOU CHOOSE and YOU CRY"

.Now leave politicians and come to general public! My blames are not on all 100% but on more than 50%. If you are labour, you try to work without efficiency until and unless your manager is not present. If you are student, you don’t have tolerance for teacher’s punishment and you comment after his/her lecture. If you are a doctor, you have an interest to increase the sales of medicine company with their medicines and injections, either patient needs or not! If you are employee, you try to deceive employer in any sense, if you are employer, you don’t give full rights to employees! If you are paid political analyst or anchor of a political talkshow then you are one sided! If you are a leader then don’t about it!You have an intention to get something extra by any means legal or illegal!

Shut up call demanded for an anchor in national assembly!

Recently media disclosed the news of demand of gov. Official (MNA) to give a shut up call to Kamran khan anchor of ‘Aaj Kamran khan k sath’ program on geo news. I’ll not support any one of them but i’ll discuss that what to do in such condition. In my recent posts, I blamed media and I said what is fact! Media should be responsible I always say. Media does not mean that you set your intention to criticize government. A very reasonable style should be adopted to highlight the gov mistakes because Gov. is that body who allows you to work and business in Pakistan, So don’t make your responsibility a business.
Let me discuss the part of government. Today’s governing party when it was in opposition (2002-2007-08) they used to pay tributes to media on blaming the gov. of that time. So now what happened when you are in government? Now anchors should be given a shut up call?????? Now national assembly should order TV anchors to revive your exposing policies about government ????

I don’t consider my other expertise more than average but marketing is like my life. My personal definition of Marketing is that “It is your internal force produced from your mind to occupy other minds regarding convincing them on your ideas and suggestions”. I believe marketers are real fuel of an organization’s car because if they don’t give business to company, then company has nothing to do with her production, administration and management. I’m marketer and going to choose marketing as a specialization course of Bachelors in business administration (BBA). About marketing what I feel personally is that it is a combination of different elements of business and market, which are public relations, your hard work, business strategies, quality services, good clients and your good will. Just you need to communicate WHAT YOU ARE? HOW MUCH YOUR PRODUCT/SERVICE IS CAPABLE?
Conveying the proper message at the right time and place will help you a lot to become a good marketer. In my 2 years experience of marketing, I utilized my professional and personal resources for making a good image of my web services towards clients. How I am media?

We find everyday people sitting on tea hotels or in markets praising our media and channels for shocking us before or after every meal (approx. 3 times a days). Actually media is not a bad thing. Is it suitable for a nation who has 55% literate people only! I mean I don’t understand how many educated people in Pakistan support liberal media of such kind!
Liberal media is a positive element in a society but only where people should understand and judge realities. Our media decides about government and society. Media does not think about national issues and classified information. I don’t know who the hell controls our media. But I have a firm believe that every evil perspective of Pakistan has a domestic and foreign support. I personally think there is a strict check and balance on publishing national issues. I don’t say to media that don’t highlight problems and political failures …Do it! It’s your job to show realities but besides this before leaking every news think about it! Is it in the favor of country? Are you destabilizing country? The most important thing is that are you demoralizing your people or not?
I do write blogs, I communicate with people through blogging that means it’s my medium to contact people! People read and understand me so it means im a little media! Now TV channels have great viewership, If they try to make things better, I promise you. Pakistan can be better! So conclusion is that media don’t be political just become MEDIA.

Media for GOD Sake! Think , think and then try to consult with someone intelligent!

Sometimes I oppose Pakistani nation due to few mistakes and bogus concepts but without any doubt I love my country 'Pakistan' and I love my nation. I do blogging for my people’s awareness. I want to pay tribute to Pakistani nation in this post because they survive in disasters and upheavals. Since the creation of Pakistan, Pakistani nation suffered a lot due to foreign and domestic elements. Our politicians have a major role in taking the Pakistan into crises. We, the public of Pakistan helped our politicians in ruining the country by choosing them on the basis of races, casts, relations and many such things. If we the people of Pakistan choose politicians on the basis of particular criteria which must have such characteristics like education, their background and credibility then only we can progress.
This nation has some spiritual benefits as well. It is unbelievable to accept how Pakistan came into globe and still giving tough time to foreign elements and Pakistan Army is about to flush them out from Pakistan [Inshallah-Army will do it soon] … The nation is fully committed to fight against all evils working to destabilize Pakistan and that makes us Pakistanis..

Congratulations! PAKISTAN - The T20 WorldCup Champion!

Pakistan Zinda Bad ! It was the night of 21 june 09. The greatest game of cricket I have ever seen in my life. Superb T20 worldup final match was played between Pakistan and Sri Lanka. Sri Lanka gave the target of 138 runs in 20 overs. Pakistan chased and won the game at the end of 19th over by 8 wickets. I was watching people dancing outside the houses and enjoying the victory. Media covered victorious moments of people across the cities. The match was unpredictable, in start Pakistan was strong, after that Sri lanka was looking to be the winner, at last Pakistan started batting. In the start, batting was quite good. After 10 overs Pakistani batsmen were not highly dominated then (BOOM BOOM AFRIDI) came and changed the whole scene. Shahid Afridi played a tremendous inning of 54 runs (not out) and wrote his name as the man of the match in T20 Worldcup final 2009.

Successful bloggers know there single posting if visitor does not like, he/she will hardly visit your blog, if he/she is a new visitor on your blog. Blogger should define his blog first, in initial postings and upper and side gadgets to make sure that new comer will easily understand what your blog is all about!

Your posting topic should be attractive. Sentences should not be longer and your language should be simple and clear ( Use common words) . This is a basic communication rule, if you use difficult vocabulary may be few visitors are unable to understand you sentences, they will never come again on your blog...

We love to make money. Some people love blogging but only few of them are making money from it. New bloggers always ask: ‘how to make money with blogging’, but what they are really asking is this: ‘Tell me how to make money from blogging with little effort!. Doesn’t that sound unrealistic? But that’s the way most people think in our society.

Blogging and online earning are two interrelated topics, bloggers earn online money but online earning is not just necessary from blog. Making money from your blog is a difficult game but very interested and challenging because on your website you can put some data, galleries, applications to attract visitors. But on your blog you have to write a post and to make an attractive post for visitors is key strategy of a blogger!

Internal politics is no longer a secret for the whole world. We are being observed and analyzed. I don't know why such a negative opposition. Politicians vow to live and die for people, but i ask why they don't sacrifice for their people and country. Why strikes? Why rallies? Why protest? Why they don't take bold decisions and make strategies for national prosperity and national security?
One comes to in power, he becomes right for himself, and always wrong for opposition. When opposition man comes to power, he becomes right, and current opposition becomes wrong. They repeat tactics against each other !

My dreams make me big !

I believe that dreams are the reflection of personality, explanation of our minds as well. I always see dreams in day time. My planning and strategies are the parts of my dreams. As I have a dream to make a big company. What I do in my routine after breakfast, having cup of tea and looking for my emails, to late night internet marketing is a loop of what I need in my future…
My posting may have an intension to encourage youngsters to see dreams and expect from themselves. Make targets for yourself; check out what you can do? Talk to your abilities once at night?

Is current ideology of young people of Pakistan good?

I find people saying that we are one of most hardworking and talented nation in the world. I don’t disagree with them, as we are …. But I say, if we are hardworking and talented then what we are doing? Where we are standing? Why we are still third world?
In the start of my blog, I focused on young entrepreneurship promotion in Pakistan. Few youngsters got my point.. (Thank God)
After few postings I’m back on youth topic. My point of discussion is that if we have to become strong nation in the world, we have to do a lot of work. I always say youth is the biggest share in the population of Pakistan, so youngsters can define the future of Pakistan, with their efforts and hard work.
Youth has to come up! Boost the economy ……. I must say...

How to boost the economy?

Firstly get serious in your lives. Think practically for your careers and financial assistance. If they become financially strong only then they will be able to help and guide others…
After becoming serious, choose profession and study disciplines accordingly. Try to make sincere attitude for profession.
Work for yourself first! While studying, do a job or after proper planning start a small business. (New business venture should be from your own money. Never use credit card or other credit sources ever).
When you will start earning little amount, you will be able to decrease the liabilities of your parents. You supposed to work hard. As most of the people start working, means the people start working, who don’t work, and those who work half time, start full time working.
The objection is true that, how will people get jobs or able to succeed in small businesses. So the answer is that it would be a collective effort, if you want raise the living standard of whole nation.
Simplest explanation is that suppose 20% of youngsters start working, they will earn small in start but they will spend more as compared to previous period in which they did not earn, just used to rely on pocket money. As a whole, other youngsters would start working also, after impressing with them. They will start pushing economy up but not as once; it will go through a process. When the more people (youngsters) have purchasing power and they will spend. It will definitely increase the demand. Once demand came, it will lead to more money regulations.
Boosting and raising economy will be prominent for whole world. If internal conditions for the country would be reliable, out comer investors will come and surely help our economy to lift up….

Media war and indian invasion on Pakistan...(After Effects)

Every one in india and Pakistan is sad due to terrorism in mumbai. Indian media played a worst role in asia after november attack in mumbai. We all know every one is disturbed there, as we are.
But i think Gov. of india is using media's shoulder for making his position as a victom rather then failure. The role of media is very important in every society. Either it makes society or damage it. I describe the current situation is
MEDIA WAR' because only media is boosting people to react against Pakistan without any solid proof.

Business perspective:
This indo-pak war can destroy the asian progress in which Pakistan and india are the major members. Investors from outside the asia will refuse to enter in asian market.
Asian investors will also hesitate to invest. Industries of both countries will be damaged. Economies of both countries will be the affected alot.

In short, Big man will has a big loss !!!

No one can define indo-pak tensions except the people of both countries. What happened in mumbai, was really terrible. People of Pakistan is also facing such social and economic upheavals. But the behavior coming from india towards Pakistan was more pain for the people of Pakistan and the Gov. of Pakistan.
We have to think first that what are our social and economical conditions. One is under IMF and second is facing many freedom movements. I mean logical person cannot believe that a war should come there way.

According to a rough survey about 1 lac people sleep on footpaths in mumbai. Both Pakistan n india must concentrate on people's prosperity....

Is life a politics???

When I look in my surroundings, I always feel certain hidden things in life. Politics all round the globe is hot these days. I’ll not go beyond the country, because we have to change the inner defects and conflicts first of all. You know, I’m very straight forward where my personal and territorial interests are concerned. Being a nation we have a responsibility to think about problems. I must say, we are addicted by the politics.
I have to write two sections for this debate, first is “Individual politics”. I’m the worst blog writer and thinker. In individual politics’ I can highlight differents problems and things happening around almost every person. If you are in college/University, you have some political irritations and grouping problems, and if you are professional, you have leg pulling environment in offices.

I say “Our atmosphere is politically addicted”. Its just lack of understanding, education, sence and sincerity to work. This weird thing must be change if you want individual prosperity.

Lets come to second part which is “Collective politics”. The main problem is that, you don’t know realities, you don’t read newspaper particular sections, you can’t see climax of politics, I mean to say, most of the people cannot understand what is actually happening!! They just make their opinions by listening the general public. That ‘general public’ who is also away from realities.

Pakistan’s population has a major part which is based on young generation. Not only the Pakistan, but the world’s most popular and successful countries have a massive no young people. Many developing countries rely on their future generation and even plan their goals and strategies according to their young generation.
The point to be reviewed is that as being a part of the young generation of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, where we are standing? What are our goals? How much we are sincere with us?
If we will sincere, then we will automatically become sincere with our country. Words do not only work while facing any crises or bad experience. Not only by saying ourselves superior over India can make us superior over them. If their youth is not very strong yet, but they are in progress to be a strongest nation with a richest young generation. While discussing about their youth, they don’t have any problem to do jobs in call centers or banks while studying.
The basic requirement of youth of Pakistan is that they should be serious about themselves, their careers and future. Once they started planning about themselves, many things can be settled. Not at all are same, many features vary from individual to individual. We cannot say young generation of Pakistan is dull, instead they are energetic and intelligent but normally they don’t focus on their territorial requirements. If we compare with the western world, their youngsters have thinking to become strong financially, morally and socially. The readers are not being ashamed (I can’t ever) but the message and needs of future are being forwarded to the world’s best young generation. In our normal life, every body from us knows that how much we think or plan about ourselves in a 24 hours. We all know how our forefathers worked to get freedom for us, even how parents do struggle for making us so strong in a society. We must think, will we return it to them by just kidding, eating, smoking and enjoying the whole day?

I believe that people have different categories and characteristics. There are hundreds of fields in the world, every person has different choice according to his mind and exposure. The age of youth is the time to catch that specialty from inner treasure. With the passage of time, make it polish, and change many things according to your will. I also believe that

“Destiny is what you make it for”

even if it was a slogan of any English movie.

I have learnt many things and experienced about business in last 2 years. My studies in BUSINESS MANAGEMENT worked a lot in practical business. I always say every one should be practical. When you start small business, you are like alone on road, you have to ask the way to reach some where, in this situation you try to ask an address with more then one person to more clarify it. Same is the case in making resources of your business. Your employees and especially your service provider employees should not have their monopoly in your company and you should not fully dependent on them.
But you should have good relations with them according to employee and employer limits and principles of Islam. Fortunately, if you find good employees, always take care of them. Good employee is who, which take care of your expectations and his responsibilities regarding the company.
My purpose is not to insecure the position of any employee, but to make more stronger the position of company. Because a strong company can more respect and pay the employees. I believe on moral values and ethics in business, where you have to feel the pain for company and work for the sake of yourself and company as well..

We always listen and say that youth can change things and destiny of any nation. Sometimes I use to think that we just say some things but not actually believe on it. The question is that where is the Pakistan at this time? It’s the question, which I always ask to myself and I want to ask to the whole nation!

Two situations always change things, very healthy and luxury condition and worst condition. Unfortunately in Pakistan, whatever we are facing either it is political conflicts or food and energy crises, we must have some thinking and approach to carry out tasks and fulfill our goals. I always say that politics is in the blood of Pakistani nation, but they do not use it positively. I don’t think that youth of Pakistan is very serious about them and their country (sorry to say). My purpose is not to criticize but to highlight our mistakes for the sake of nation. Sometimes when I get time after my studies and company, I take cup of tea on the top of my home and do plan what the best I can do for me, my family and after that my country.

I found myself about business, I started business studies and after that I made my small company ZUHA INNOVATION’INC, (Mashallah) which is now famous not only in Pakistan but oversees also. It was all about 2 years of hard work and dedication. Everything starts from a concept and vision, if you want to build a house, you go for a map and plans for the house, after that, if you are satisfy with the map, then you allow engineers to build your house. So individuals grooming and maturity are very important factor for change on mass level. Think, plan and find, what specialty do you have? Some people find it very early, and some after a long time. I think I did it on time, when I was 18 and quite young for making a company in Pakistan (A country where 2 persons earn and 8 eat in the family) (sorry to say).

I request to all youngsters of Pakistan that please now stand up for yourself and your future. It’s the time to wake up, and judge the current affairs and then to make the decision about politics, career, education and work. I work 15 hours for my company in vacations in a day, which is not very good, but an average timing according to me…

Entrepreneurship refers to an initiative act like a business venture. In early age putting some business features in the form of enterprise is called young entrepreneurship. Unfortunately in Pakistan young entrepreneurship was not being promoted since our Independence, we faced financial and global pressures, but now the turning point has reached where we have to lead the country, after all economical revivals and resources planting environment making.Youth of any nation is very important part of it. It can do every thing, from downfall and crises to raising a flag of that nation.

In upcoming years every young generation has to lead their country, so they should be active, healthy, intelligent, creative and hard working. When a young generation of any nation becomes serious about themselves, it automatically becomes healthy for a nation. When we see Pakistan, we can proudly say young generation is highly intelligent but unfortunately not focused on the requirements so well. When we talk about our economical means which are not so strong, why we can’t push our economy to able it to run rather then crawling.

The requirement is to make the youth so creative and being realized that they should contribute in their economy even to their family. We can find many students doing part time jobs such as in sales departments of bank credit cards, they often make incentives 200% more then their pocket money, some times they support their families while studying, which is the best thing that a student can ever do. Here we introduce the concept of young entrepreneurship’ that is business ventures from youth side. In US and Europe, we ever say that students do jobs or run their small businesses, which is a handsome thing for an economy. In developing country like Pakistan student working and young entrepreneurship should be promoted. Students probably waste their time in unwanted activities and never been found doing any constructive thing even for themselves. They must enjoy their leisure time but don’t make life just a non serious stage. Many of us can work on many different ideas and small business ventures to promote young entrepreneurship in Pakistan.

As far as nation’s prosperity is concerned, if we don’t change things on mass level, but can start from us to become role model for many individuals.
